Robotics Club Kick-Off

Room preparations are underway as we prepare to kick off LEGO Robotics on November 1. This year, students in grades 2-8 will have the opportunity to participate in either LEGO Explore (2nd -4th) or LEGO Challenge (5th-8th).

LEGO Explore

Students in 2nd-4th grades are invited to join the LEGO Explore club. Club members will use LEGOS to solve engineering challenges as they construct a LEGO concert! The club will meet 12 times on Mondays immediately after school and last until 4pm. The first club meeting will be November 6. The cost to participate is $65 and includes a team t-shirt. LEGO Challenge

Students in the 5th-8th grades are invited to join the LEGO Challenge club. Club members will learn to build and code a robot to execute engineering challenges. The club will meet 12-16 times on Wednesdays immediately after school and will last until 4:30pm. The first club meeting will be November 1. The cost to participate is $115 and includes a t-shirt. LEGO Robotics Leadership

Yvette Bray has certified as Mentor and is leading both Explore and the Challenge clubs. High school students and parents are encouraged to apply to serve as coaches. Please click here to apply.
